how long will sauces, gravies with powered/cultured milk last?
 
i have a whole bunch of these powdered cheese sauce mixes that i was considering opening, jarring, and putting oxygen absorbers in with. but, isee they have cultured milk in them.

how long will these last if i jar them? will they go bad quickly because of the milk element?

I'm no "xspurt", but think that things go bad due to the oil content going rancid. Oxy absorbers would only help the shelf life, assuming that things are stored in non-permeable containers (mylar, cans, or glass jars).

You mean the little envelopes in the spices section of the store? I imagine a year or so. Write the manufacturer(s).
